On a recent episode of the Daily Show, Roy Wood, Jr. argued Republican front-runner Donald Trump sounds just like a rapper.
“Trump doesn’t belong in the White House. Donald Trump belongs in a rap video,” said Wood on the Daily Show Thursday night. “Everything Trump says is straight out of a rapper’s play book. He brags about his money, he’s disrespectful to women, and there’s always fights at his concerts.
“You could make an entire rap song with just Donald Trump quotes,” Wood argued. “All you need is a dope beat.”
Well, Wood’s crazy wish became a reality.
In “They Love Me,” the Daily Show correspondent rocks a blond wig and uses Trump’s own controversial lines to rap about the presidential race.
While the song is pretty catchy, we doubt lines like, “All the women flirted with me on the Apprentice” will bolster Trump’s chances with undecided voters.
Take a look.
