If 100-year-old Ida Keeling’s weekend doesn’t inspire you to get up and run, I don’t know what will.

Over the weekend, Keeling set a record at the Penn Relays with  her 100-meter dash in 1 minute, 17.33 seconds on Saturday afternoon. It was the fasted 100m by a woman 100 years and older.

“I’ll be 101 in a couple of weeks,” Keeling pointed out to NBC Sports’ Carolyn Manno after the race. “I’ve never seen nothing like this crowd. Maybe that’s what the excitement was.”
